Seasonal Position: April – October
Compensation: $15 /hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time & part-time positions available; occasional weekends required

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about customer service? Sun Valley Campsites is looking for a Camp Store & Office Team Member to assist with retail operations, reservations, and social media engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
This role combines customer service, administrative duties, and event coordination to create a great camping experience for our guests.
Camp Store Duties:
- Operate a cash register using the Square system
- Stock, rotate, and organize inventory
- Keep the store clean and well-maintained
Office & Administrative Duties:
- Answer phones and take reservations using Campspot software
- Assist campers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Cash handling experience is a plus
Event Assistance & Marketing:
- Help coordinate and assist with fun weekly events
- Social media & marketing experience is a plus
- ChatGPT and Gemini knowledge is a plus (for assisting with customer inquiries, content creation, or automation tasks)
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, event planning, marketing, or AI tools is a plus
