Sun Valley Campsites is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Seasonal Maintenance Team. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for our campers. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys the outdoors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean all common areas, including bathrooms, campsites, and recreational spaces
- Mow and trim grass in common areas
- Perform basic electrical work (e.g., replacing breakers, outlets)
- Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of the campground
- Operate equipment such as tractors, UTVs, zero-turn mowers (excavator experience is a plus)
- Assist with ongoing projects like repairing water hydrants and maintaining roads
- Provide friendly and courteous interactions with campers and teammates
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-starter who requires little direction and can manage a running to-do list
- Able to prioritize tasks and stay productive during downtime
- Works well independently and as part of a team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic plumbing & electrical knowledge
- Ability to safely operate lawn and heavy equipment
- OSHA certification is a plus but not required
