The Golf Shop Assistant works in the golf operations department inside the golf shop. They support members and guests in booking tee times, checking in for tee times, and selling merchandise.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding and friendly customer service with positive interactions with members and guests
- Communicate clearly and positively with outside staff, coworkers, and guests
- Have professional phone responsibilities by answering many phone calls to provide facility information and reserve tee times
- Efficiently and accurately manages the tee sheet and retail sales
- Assist in cleanliness and presentation of retail merchandise
- Participate in the enrollment of tournaments and events
- Assist Outside Service Team
