Job Duties : Open and close cash registerCreate sales transactions using point of salesAnswer phones as-neededExceed client expectations in person and over the phoneField questions about product and measurementsGreet all clients with a smile and warm greetingMaintain a clean and organized working environmentMaintain stock of all office supplies needed for supply yard officeBe familiar with all current promotions and / or salesAnswer questions and direct clients to various areas of the facility / yard Measurables : Daily reconcile of sales transactions and cash drawerZero transactional errorsMeet daily sales goalsMaintain above at least a 95% attendance rating Compensation & Benefits : $18-$22Company profit share bonus if earnedSome paid holidaysSimple IRA plan with company matchPaid parental and bereavement leaveCustomizable wellness reimbursement planYard & service discounts for you and your immediate familyRelaxed and positive company culture (we work hard, but like to have fun!)
