Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in leading the Front Desk team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Provide support to Bell Service and Concierge as needed.

Oversee check-ins, check-outs, room inventory, and system management.

Support the development of service enhancements to elevate the guest experience.

Manage front desk supply inventory and ordering.

Lead onboarding and training for new team members.

Assist with scheduling and payroll.

Review guest satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements based on feedback.

Actively participate in resort management meetings (daily, weekly, and monthly).

Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications:
