What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Housing Attendant (Year-Round) position at Sun Valley Resort?
An Employee Housing Attendant is responsible for keeping employee housing dormitory rooms and public spaces clean and sanitary for employees. In addition, a housing attendant ensures employees have a clean and home-away-from-home experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide daily housekeeper service for employee dormitories, including changing linens, emptying garbage, replacing supplies, turning down beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
- Stocking and maintaining janitorial closets
- Collection and sorting of linens
- Cleaning communal areas
- Special projects from Supervisors
Qualifications:
- A current U.S. Driver's License is required
- Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, poking, and reaching
- Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
