As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of Sun Valley Resort, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Duties & Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out efficiently while providing friendly, professional service.

Process payments, issue room keys, and provide clear directions.

Assist guests with requests, questions, and concerns, ensuring their needs are met or directing them to the appropriate department.

Answer phone calls, especially when the switchboard is busy.

Stay informed about all resort amenities, properties, and area events to provide guests with accurate information.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Work a flexible schedule, as the front desk operates 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

Prepare and organize guest key envelopes.

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Experience with OPERA or similar property management systems is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
