As a full-time Pastry Cook, you will take pride in providing top-of-the-line bread, desserts, and pastries at Sun Valley's Konditorei Restaurant at the Sun Valley Village.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare all desserts and baked goods from start to finish using established hotel recipes
- Ensure cleanliness and proper function of all kitchen/ bakery appliances and equipment used to prepare dishes
- Participate in the development of the department budget
- Ensure adequate supplies of all raw materials needed to prepare baked goods and dessert items
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen
- Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, poking, and reaching
