Sun Valley Resort is seeking a detail-oriented Overnight Front Desk Clerk to manage nightly operations, balance daily transactions, and prepare accounting summary reports. This overnight shift (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.) allows you to enjoy your days exploring Sun Valley while playing a key role in our guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Balance daily operational activities and prepare accounting summary reports.

Check guests in and out efficiently and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.

Assist guests with inquiries, phone calls, and reservations.

Maintain knowledge of resort amenities and local events.

Complete overnight checklists and ensure smooth transition to the morning team.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Maintain a flexible schedule to support 24-hour front desk operations.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), especially in hospitality.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional academic training or experience preferred.

Proficiency in 10-Key by touch.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching

Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
