The Spa & Pool Attendant is responsible for welcoming and orientating guests throughout the spa, salon, pool, and fitness facilities. This role includes greeting and checking in guests, maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment, and providing exceptional guest service. Team members must be adaptable to changing workplace demands and committed to delivering a high-quality experience for all visitors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
- Assist guests by answering questions and providing helpful information
- Ensure all guest amenities are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
- Utilize basic phone and computer skills as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including reading comprehension
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Be able to stand for prolonged periods and use stairs regularly
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear
- Must safely move objects up to approximately 45 pounds about the workplace
