BIM Modeler / Technician
Real estate development company is seeking a BIM Modeler / Technician for the Design Department specializing in hotel, commercial designs, and luxury custom homes. Candidate should be a goal oriented, highly organized individual with attention to detail, and a friendly professional demeanor with an exceptional ability to collaborate in a positive manner.
Must possess the following qualifications :
- 4 years’ proven architectural experience with Revit and AutoCAD (please provide portfolio).
- Architecture and design knowledge in MEP, structural, civil and construction industry.
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the model.
- Superior understanding of BIM technologies and ability to create precises 3D BIM models and renderings.
- Skills to create and maintain BIM models of building projects that accurately represent the design intent and meet project specifications throughout design and construction.
- Skilled in identifying and troubleshooting issues and exercising problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop plans, sections, elevation, details and renders for presentations and submittals from 3D BIM model.
- Ability to develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and sketches.
- Familiar with AutoDesk Build platform.
- A flexible, positive approach and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy, creative atmosphere.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels.
- Experience working with MEP, structural, civil and various subcontractors (elevator, low voltage, cabinetry, etc.) for completing construction documents.
- Proficient in : Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Twinmotion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

Position is full time, in-office, Monday through Friday 8 : 00AM – 4 : 00PM. Compensation to be commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
