Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of windows and doors.
- Use air-powered tools and hand tools to assemble products according to specifications.
- Accurately read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and work orders.
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling to move products and components.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in other areas of the production process as needed.
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Experience with operating machinery and air-powered tools.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.

This position includes a 90-day probation period. During this time, your performance, attendance, and fit within the team will be assessed. Successful completion of the probation period may lead to a permanent position with additional benefits.
