Role: People Operations Specialist. Location: Hybrid - in office Mon/Tues/Thurs. Pay rate: $25-$30/hr (W2). Hours: 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM PT. Tools: Workday experience required.
Responsibilities
Manage HRIS data and processes in Workday. Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries. Partner with cross-functional teams to create a seamless new hire experience. Generate HR reports and maintain documentation. Participate in ongoing HR projects and initiatives. Provide immigration process support as needed.
Requirements
3-5 years of HR experience. Strong Workday skills, particularly in org management, reports, and employee information. Proficiency in Excel. Bachelor's degree or HR certification preferred. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and service-minded, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
