Job Summary:


Step into the spotlight as the face of Sunbase during product demonstrations! Captivate prospects by showcasing the features and benefits of our software. Your mission is to highlight the value of Sunbase while tailoring presentations to address each client's unique needs. If you excel at communication, have a passion for software and process improvement, and a knack for engaging and inspiring audiences, this role is a perfect fit for you!


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations, showcasing Sunbase’s features and benefits to prospects and clients.
  2. Customize demos to align with the client’s specific needs, focusing on their challenges and how Sunbase can address them.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine demo strategies and messaging.
  4. Stay updated on Sunbase’s product updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure accurate and impactful presentations.
  5. Collect feedback from prospects during and after demos to relay valuable insights to the product team.
  6. Assist in creating and maintaining demo scripts, decks, and supporting materials.
  7. Build strong relationships with prospects, acting as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact during the sales process.
  8. Provide post-demo support, answering follow-up questions and addressing client concerns.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Interns, current college students, and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in software, SaaS products, or process improvement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the solar industry or SaaS platforms is a plus but not mandatory.


Additional Details:


  • Location: Remote
  • Work Hours: Flexible, with availability for client calls across different time zones.
  • Salary: Starting annual range at $50,000 plus commission opportunities
