Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations, showcasing Sunbase’s features and benefits to prospects and clients.
- Customize demos to align with the client’s specific needs, focusing on their challenges and how Sunbase can address them.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine demo strategies and messaging.
- Stay updated on Sunbase’s product updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure accurate and impactful presentations.
- Collect feedback from prospects during and after demos to relay valuable insights to the product team.
- Assist in creating and maintaining demo scripts, decks, and supporting materials.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, acting as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact during the sales process.
- Provide post-demo support, answering follow-up questions and addressing client concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Interns, current college students, and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in software, SaaS products, or process improvement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the solar industry or SaaS platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
