Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical education, creativity, and social skills among preschoolers.
- Monitor and assess children's progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and well-being.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the school.
- Maintain compliance with child welfare regulations and best practices in childcare.
