Sunbelt Fire, a leading distributor of apparatus and equipment to the fire industry in the southeast, is growing, and looking to add a full-time, Business Systems Analyst to our team in Fairhope, AL. This position will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves analyzing and improving business processes, identifying system requirements, and implementing technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
This role requires an individual who loves both technology and finding a better way, is reliable, and wants to serve our team and our customers with integrity, authenticity and hard work.
Requirements:
- Provide technical support to end-users through managing help desk system, setup and configuration of workstations and other hardware, and training on software and best practices
- Business process analysis, documentation of processes and workflows, and recommend solutions to optimize workflows
- System design, testing, implementation and enhancements to ensure the system meets business requirements
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, develop training material, and conduct training workshops

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a business systems analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with Windows, Azure, Salesforce, and Cybersecurity Administration a plus
Position Expectations: Full-time. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
