We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal person will be responsible to maintain and update billing records for their customers on a daily basis. This position is responsible to maintain daily billing report, analysis, unbilled loads and invoice totals.
Responsibilities:
- Inputs appropriate billing information into the billing/inventory management system.
- Properly handle load manifest and corresponding paperwork.
- Handling and processing payments, updating records, and reconciling accounts.
- Performs other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
- Has fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Has strong organizational skills to handle multiple streams of information relating to customer accounts.
- Has a good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Has above average interpersonal skills to work with co-workers, manufacturers and customers.
- Have good computer skills, good attendance, and be self-motivated.
