Position Details
- Full time Exempt role, In-person (Tucson, AZ)
- Some travel between Clinic locations maybe required
- Lead and manage initiatives focused on supporting women's health, with a particular emphasis on postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance educational resources, tools, and programs for women navigating these life stages.
- Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory guidelines related to menopause and women's health.
- Provide strategic direction to product development and service offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of women in different phases of menopause.
- Integrate behavioral health strategies into menopause care, addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of this transition.
- Foster partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations to promote awareness and access to menopause-related care and services.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging treatments, and new technologies to continuously improve the care model.
- Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care delivery.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in women's health, with a deep understanding of perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health and its impact on women's health.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or wellness-related organization.
- Ability to design and implement educational programs and resources for both healthcare providers and women.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g. public health, nursing, psychology, or related disciplines)
- Advanced certifications or degrees are a plus.
- A passion for improving women's health outcomes and advocating for better care in the menopause space.
- Level one Fingerprint Clearance (preferred)
- CPR / AED / First Aid certified (required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
