Branch Sales Manager – Window & Door Company

The Branch Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations of the branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and managing the sales team.
1. Sales Team Management: Oversee and mentor the sales team, ensuring targets are met and strategies are aligned with company goals.
a. Train, and mentor sales staff, ensuring the team is knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
b. Conduct performance reviews, set development goals, and provide ongoing coaching to the sales team.
c. Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, ensuring the team is knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.

e. Motivate the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Canvassing Operations: Coordinate with the canvassing department to ensure lead generation efforts are effective and optimized.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the branch's sales budget, forecasting revenue, and ensuring profitability.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.
6. Training and Development: Ensure the sales and canvassing teams are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
The Branch Sales Manager role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of the window and door industry, and a keen ability to drive sales while maintaining efficient branch operations.
