Job Description: As part of our sales team, you’ll be providing Florida homeowners with expert demonstrations of energy-efficient products. You’ll also educate them on the benefits of upgrading their homes with our top-of-the-line windows, doors, and exterior coatings.
Our scientifically designed 10-step selling process will set you up for success and help you close sales effectively. No prior experience? No problem — we’ll train you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations to homeowners.
- Master our proven 10-step sales process, specifically designed for in-home one-call close success.
- Submit accurate paperwork to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
- Continue your growth with ongoing product knowledge training.

- A strong desire for personal accountability and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, polished approach.
- A self-starter who is outgoing and comfortable working independently.
- Sales experience is a plus, but the right mindset and drive are key!

Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
