Job Summary:
NO COLD CALLING! NO DOOR KNOCKING! We provide a lead flow of 2-3 confirmed leads per day, generated by our appointment setters. Our leads are vetted through a 3-step confirmation process with our skilled Rep Services department to ensure the highest quality leads are issued to you for a successful outcome. You will be placed in an extensive paid training class with our Director of Sales that has over 9 years experience doing in-home one-call close sales, to ensure proper comprehension of our products and our unique sales processes.
Primary Job Duties:
- Provide accurate and enthusiastic demonstration of products and educate Florida Homeowners on the benefits of adding energy efficient upgrades to their homes
- Master our 10-step selling process scientifically designed for the psychology of in-home one-call close sales proven effective for over 60 years
- Presenting accurately written and timely paperwork to office staff to ensure a smooth-running process
- Participating in on-going training to improve product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with accountability and a desire to constantly improve
- Strong work ethic and highly developed organizational and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn as well as clearly articulate and accurately present product demonstrations
- Outgoing and independent with a self-starter mentality
- Prior sales experience (a plus but not required for right candidate)
- Flexibility in thinking and adapting to all scenarios
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customers’ homes
- Driven by targets and rewards
- Prior experience in competitive sports a plus

Territory:
- Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Manatee and Sarasota Counties and the western part of Polk County
- NO DRIVING TO ORLANDO, THE EAST COAST OR EVEN TO FORT MYERS
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
