- Keeping accurate, detailed records for preventive maintenance activities, work order requests, apartment renovations, inventories, and/or purchase orders.
- Attending and/or participating in required training(s) and operating within OSHA, Fair Housing, and ADA standards.
- Ensuring effective, timely, and professional interactions with ALL residents, visitors, contractors, and property management team members from maintenance services provided.
