Job Description
This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties to ensure the upkeep of residential units. The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of building systems and be able to effectively communicate with residents and co-workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs to appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, and/or circuits
- Conduct light plumbing work, such as unclogging drains and replacing fittings
- Carry out carpentry work, including fitting doors, freeing windows, and replacing shelves and other interior/exterior features
- Replace damaged or broken glass, tile, carpet, window screens/blinds, garbage disposals, light fixtures, appliances, locks, and other items
- Report all maintenance and resident concerns to the Site Manager in a timely manner
