About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at SUNBELT MANAGEMENT COMPANY. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential units by performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to work orders and resident requests within 24 hours when possible
- Keep accurate, detailed records of preventive maintenance activities, work order requests, apartment renovations, inventories, and purchase orders
- Identify water and gas meter cut-offs, unit fixture cut-offs, and sewer clean-outs
- Schedule maintenance on equipment based on manufacturer's operating manuals
- Periodically inspect all units, buildings, and common areas, perform repairs, and/or janitorial duties as needed
