Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing USA East, this position is responsible for growing existing relationships and hunting for new opportunities and partnerships. This role will sell all services and products offered by HIS to deliver customized solutions for our customers to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth. As part of the commercial team in the United States, this position will engage in sales and marketing activities geared towards the growth and development of the business within two hundred fifty miles of Bay Minette, Alabama.
We are a NETA (International Electrical Testing Association) accredited company that offers an array of engineering solutions and technical field services for Electrical infrastructure and facilities. We provide services across all market sectors where electrical and control systems are used.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5 years of Sales or Industry Experience
- Experience with electrical power systems and / or technical and engineering services is a strong asset.
- Ability to read one-line diagrams and walk down an opportunity to develop workscopes that are mutually beneficial to the customer and HIS.
- Willing to be hands on and have a presence on site during outages with HIS technicians.
- Strong background with the acquisition, retention, and re-engagement of customers.
- Experience in development of sales tools, territory, and pipeline management.
- Strong knowledge of sales systems and tracking and utilization of sales related data. Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment.
- Experience with CRM and Estimation / Quoting platforms as well as other Microsoft Office applications
