What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint - Prep Technician position at Sunbelt Solomon?
- Pressure wash, sand, and prep units for paint.
- Sandblasting and taping of all non-paintable items.
- Moving materials in and out of wash booth, paint booth, and sandblasting booth.
- Logging all hours using the MOM system.
- Other related work duties as assigned.
- Able to work from a ladder.
- Able to run a pneumatic disc sander and an industrial-sized media blaster for extended periods of time.
- Able to use a forklift and a crane.
- Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
- Help team members with the workload.
- A dependable and strong work ethic.
- Professional language and conduct at all times.
- Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in when/where required.
