The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong drive to learn, grow and succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.
- GRIT - This is a 'Sales' job!
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is favorable.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and submit healthcare professionals to our client's job openings
- Post our client's jobs online.
- Recruit healthcare professionals via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments.
Salary : $50,000
