RN Case Management 16-Week Contract in Syracuse, NY Sunbelt Staffing

Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a Care Coordinator RN to join the team at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, NY, for a contract thats all about using your acute care experience to its fullest. Ready to take on a role where no two days are the same? Keep reading!

What Youll Be Doing :

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm (so, yep, weekends are YOURS)
Hours : 40 hours per week of non-weekend goodness
Nurse to Patient Ratio : 1 Care Coordinator to 16-25 patients per day (because youre a pro at balancing it all)
Contract Length : 16 weeks (with the chance to extend if you love it, which were sure you will)

What We Need From You :

Required Experience : Minimum 12 months of acute care nursing and acute care case management experience (youve handled those hospital cases like a champ)

Certifications : Active NY RN License , BLS , and PRI and Screen certification (preferred, but youll be trained if needed!)

Unit Details :

Position : Care Coordinator RN

Key Responsibilities : Acute care case management, discharge planning, and utilization management (this ones a little different from other case management rolesso expect three full days of training to make you a pro).

Dress Code : Business casual or scrubs (we care about your comfort while you save the day!)
