Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (TDHH) Roseville, CA

A full-time itinerant Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) is needed in Roseville, CA . This position serves multiple schools, working with students requiring specialized support in language development and communication.

Requirements :

California TDHH Credential
English Learner Authorization
ASLPI / Sign Language Proficiency Interview score of 4.0 or equivalent

Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide specialized instruction to K-12 students with hearing impairments.

Conduct ASL-based and spoken language instruction based on student needs.

Adapt general education curriculum and integrate assistive technology.

Assess student needs and create individualized learning plans.

Collaborate with school teams, audiologists, and families to optimize student success.

Conduct hearing screenings and assist with amplification devices.
