Position: Full-Time Special Education Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Benton, AR. This full-time position involves working with 3rd and 4th-grade students, providing both coteaching and pull-out services. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs and ensuring their success in the classroom.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Location: Benton, AR.
- Grade Levels: 3rd and 4th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support for students with varying abilities in the general education classroom through coteaching.
- Lead pull-out sessions for small groups, focusing on academic skills and personalized support.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Monitor student progress, provide regular assessments, and adjust instruction as needed.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education (Masters preferred).
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education in Arkansas.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in co-teaching and pull-out models, is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
