Job Details :
Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors and to guide the development of individualized treatment plans.
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results. These plans typically focus on improving communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, and reducing problematic behaviors.
Regularly collect and analyze data on client progress, making data-driven decisions to modify and improve interventions as needed.
