Sunbelt Staffing is collaborating with a school district near North Port, Florida, to fill a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position.
Qualifications :
Active FL BCBA License
Experience in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities :
Support students with challenging behaviors by implementing evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with educators and staff to provide training and coaching on behavior management techniques and ABA principles.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to analyze student behaviors and develop intervention strategies.
Create, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed.
Deliver professional development for staff to promote effective behavior management practices.
