Position Overview:
VocoVision is seeking a Virtual School Psychologist to join our team and provide remote services to students across Nevada. In this role, you will support students' mental health, well-being, and academic success by conducting virtual counseling, assessments, and intervention services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group virtual counseling sessions to K-12 students, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.
- Administer virtual psychological assessments, interpret results, and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Participate in virtual IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute psychological expertise to the development of student accommodations.
Qualifications:
- Active License in the state of Nevada
- Previous experience as a school psychologist, preferably in a K-12 setting.
- Experience in providing virtual counseling services, or a willingness to learn and adapt to remote service delivery.
- Passion for helping students succeed in a virtual learning environment and providing emotional and behavioral support.
