Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
- Design personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patients' communication goals.
- Implement effective therapeutic interventions to improve speech clarity, language comprehension, cognitive skills.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and educators to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
- Educate patients and caregivers on effective speech-language strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Minnesota, with current credentials.
- Proven experience in assessing and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology for remote patient care.
