- Experience with OASIS assessments and documentation
- Proficiency in HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) software
- Active RN license in WV or compact license
- AHA BLS certification
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive in-home nursing care to patients
- Perform OASIS documentation accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
