As a Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN), you will provide high-quality care to patients requiring continuous monitoring and frequent assessment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
