Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create customized treatment plans to address students motor, sensory, and daily living needs (OT).
- Support therapy sessions, document progress, and assist students with targeted activities under the OTs guidance (COTA).
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to create a supportive and well-coordinated approach to each students development.
Qualifications:
- OT: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy with current state licensure.
- COTA: Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting and certification.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills are essential for both roles.
