PACU Registered Nurse

Rolla, Missouri

We are seeking a skilled PACU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Rolla, Missouri. The position offers 3x12-hour shifts during the day.

Responsibilities :

  • Competent and proficient at PreOp, Phase I, and Phase II PACU care
  • Ability to care for all age groups from 6 months to end of life
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU)
  • Administer medications and provide interventions as needed
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during recovery

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a PACU Registered Nurse
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
  • State RN license

    • Shifts :

  • 3x12-hour shifts during the day
  • 0630-1700 on weekdays, occasionally 0600-1630
  • One weeknight call per week with a response time of 45 minutes
  • Weekend rotation approximately every 8th weekend
