Join our team as a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) in Bel Air, MD, and play a crucial role in supporting students' development and success. As an OT, you will work with a diverse PreK-12 caseload, providing onsite services to students with varying diagnoses, from mild to severe. Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and other occupational therapy goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to facilitate the integration of therapy techniques within the classroom and home environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and evaluation reports, to monitor student progress and communicate with relevant staff members and families.
