We are actively hiring for our new (and very fast growing) department, Blazer Jobs!
We are currently seeking motivated individuals for an on-site Recruiter role to help support schools nationwide. The primary responsibility would be to pair healthcare providers with our school clients nationwide.
Office Location: 501 Brooker Creek Blvd. Oldsmar, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Are You The Perfect Candidate?
- Recruiting/Sales experience is a large plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for building a strong and positive company culture
- A drive to learn, grow, and succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
What Will You Be Doing?
- Source and recruit candidates through warm leads and cold outreach.
- Post job openings on our platforms.
- Conduct daily outreach via phone, email, and social media.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
- Build and maintain relationships with education and healthcare professionals.
- Manage candidate work assignments and develop a strong talent pipeline.

- This is a fully on-site position - Applicants must work from our Oldsmar or Tampa office
