VocoVision is seeking a full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year to provide virtual services for a school district in California. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Californiawhile providing crucial speech therapy services to K-12 students through teletherapy.
As a Virtual SLP with VocoVision, you will be responsible for assessing and treating speech and language disorders, developing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with educational teamsall from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy to K-12 students in a Californiaschool district using a secure online platform.
- Conduct speech assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to address speech and language disorders.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and any changes to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to track student progress and adjust therapy as needed.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to deliver engaging virtual lessons and exercises.
- Stay current on best practices in teletherapy and speech-language pathology, and adapt them for a virtual setting.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ActiveCalifornia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
- Teletherapy experience or comfort with using online platforms for therapy is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
