Home Health RN - Contract Position in Fredericksburg, VA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Fredericksburg, VA . If you are an experienced home health nurse who thrives on providing excellent patient care and enjoys autonomy in your work, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Position Details

  • Location : Fredericksburg, VA
  • Contract Length : 13 weeks
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (possible weekend call rotation)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Document patient information in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) software.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and care practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

    • Requirements

  • Active RN license in Virginia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience .
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and HCHB software.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
