Sunbelt is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Fontana, CA. We are a dedicated and compassionate team providing high-quality behavioral therapy to childrenwith autism and developmental disorders. Our goal is to help childrenimprove their quality of life through evidence-based interventions and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy techniques with studentsin a school-based setting
- Assist in developing and executing behaviorplans as outlined by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and record data on studentprogress and behaviors during the school day.
- Provide consistent and structured support to studentsto help them achieve personal goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or ability to obtain RBT certification is preferred
- 1 or more years of experience in ABA is required
- Previous experience working with children or adults with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a commitment to helping others.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
