Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- MN state licensure or eligibility for MNlicensure
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and administrators
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support students' communication skills in academic and social settings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
