Job Description:
- Demonstrate strong circulating skills in general, ortho, and OBGYN specialties
- Work collaboratively with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a sterile environment, prepare the operating room, and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for patients throughout their surgical journey.
Qualifications:
- Current RN state of Wisconsin or compact License.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Operating Room setting.
- Strong foundation in surgical principles and aseptic technique.
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Experience scrubbing is preferred
- Proficient in Epic charting, Pyxis, Alaris, and bedside telemetry monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient-centered care.
