Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent PICU experience.
- Licensure: Active RN license in Illinois or Compact State RN License.
- Certifications: PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- Skills: Expertise in critical care, ventilator management, and pediatric emergencies.
