Minimum 2 years surgical tech / operating room experience required.
Support life-saving transplant surgeries in Weston, FL , including liver, heart, lung, and kidney procedures. This role requires expertise in organ transplantation, from assisting surgeons during critical interventions to maintaining sterile fields and managing instruments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, teaching-oriented environment, ensuring precision in high-acuity cases.
Requirements :
Certifications : NBSTSA or NCCT certification (required), BLS.
Experience : 2 years in surgical tech roles with transplant experience (liver / heart / lung / kidney).
Education : Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
Shift Details :
Schedule : 3x12-hour day shifts (11 : 00 AM 11 : 30 PM).
On-Call : Required (frequency discussed during interview).
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week.
