Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Vascular Tech to join our team in Juneau, AK. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while exploring the beautiful surroundings of Alaska.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vascular ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, small parts, gynecology, venous, arterial, and carotid studies.
- Provide accurate and detailed images to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Document findings and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Vascular Tech in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Expertise in abdominal, small parts, gynecology, venous, arterial, and carotid ultrasound studies.
- OBV (Obstetric Vascular) experience preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification is required.
