Qualifications
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, operate equipment / machinery, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing or walking for 8 hours and working in a physically intensive environment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Hourly pay based on experience with overtime pay.

- Communicate material and tool needs to direct report / supervisor.
- Keeping the job site clean.
- Complete tasks within agreed upon timeframes.
- Protecting equipment and materials properly.
