About the job/goals:
Sunberry Limited LLC, based in Farmington Hills MI, is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
As an inside sales representative you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing the sales cycle. (not a remote position)

Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through sales research, inbound follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the of the position.
- Work with SBF management team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Maintain product sell sheets and individual product specification sheets.
- Be able to plan trade shows, organize product samples as needed by the sales team and be available to go to these events when needed.
- Limited travel to key customers when asked by supervisor.
Requirements and Skills:
- History of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with proven inside sales experience.
- Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Friendly phone attitude on phone calls & in TEAM discussions, meetings and with customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Carry food product to customer meetings – both local and national
· Packing and shipping samples to prospective customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
